This week students completed on their Photo Story 3 slide shows using the Ken Burns affect. Students also will be creating Halloween cards and posters. They will also start working on the country brochure project. Details of this project have been sent to each students Think Quest website.

Students are finishing their thinkquest research projects and are now, using a rubric, critiquing each others projects online. In particular students will be paying attention to the quality of the research, the correct formatting of works cited, creativity, and presentation.

This week students will continue to work on word Processing projects and letter writing. They have now received their thinkquest user names and passwords and will be able to create their own websites and maintain links to school projects on their websites. School has started. August 24th is the first day of school.
